A 12-year-old player achieves radiant rank in Valorant on North American server

12-year-old player thundermeow has become the youngest gamer to reach the highest rank of Radiant in Valorant on the North American server. This achievement comes after a 14-year-old player reached the same rank on the European server last year, which also attracted public attention.

Valorant features 9 ranks, starting from Iron and ending at Radiant (you can read more about the ranking system in our article), with Radiant being attainable only by the top 500 players on the server. In a video capturing the moment of reaching Radiant, thundermeow joyfully shouted "Yes!" demonstrating his excitement at the achievement.

In his year and a half of playing, thundermeow has amassed over 2500 hours, specializing in support agents such as Cypher and Clove. His exceptional focus and gaming talent have enabled him to achieve the highest rank at such a young age.
