100 Thieves launches search for new coaches for Valorant team

100 Thieves has announced the recruitment of new members for the coaching staff of their Valorant team. Registration is now open, and all the details of the selection process are available on the official website of the American organization.

100 Thieves head coach, Anthony "zikz" Gray, stated that the team is looking for specialists who can seamlessly fit into their new system. He also mentioned that candidates do not necessarily need to have deep knowledge of the professional Valorant scene.

"We are looking for someone who will perfectly fit into our system. This candidate might not yet be deeply involved in the ecosystem, and we are open to considering such an option.

To participate in the selection process, candidates must submit an application via email to [email protected], including their full name, age, current place of residence, and Valorant rank.

Additionally, applicants will need to complete two tasks to demonstrate their knowledge. The first task involves developing a tactical plan for the Icebox map against 100 Thieves themselves. The second task is to create a plan for a match against Fnatic on the Haven map. Details of both tasks can be found on the 100 Thieves portal.
