When to rotate between sites as defenders?

Rotate when your duelist insta-lock screams ‘ALL A’ in voice, but don’t be surprised when it’s actually a fake

Rotate when your team calls a heavy push, when you've lost site control, or when you can flank safely. But if you’re an anchor, hold your ground unless you’re completely overwhelmed
