If you want to know what's included in the Brimstone gear and how to get these exclusive items, this guide will give you all the information you need.

How to unlock Brimstone gear

With the release of Valorant, Riot Games introduced an “agent outfit” system so that each player could show their commitment to one of them. Although over the many years of the shooter's existence, players have already managed to collect all kinds of collections, online games are constantly growing and new players may not be aware of how to activate contracts with agents.

The agent equipment system in Valorant primarily revolves around agent contracts, which allow players to unlock exclusive cosmetic items and bonuses for each of them. The Brimstone contract, like other agents, can be advanced by earning experience.

Activate the Brimstone contract

Before we talk about activating agents, you need to know one simple thing; in order to activate contracts, you first need to purchase an agent. Riot Games offers two purchase options for old characters, for donated currency VP and Corporation Credits. However, new agents can be recruited through a recruitment contract, but don't worry, Brimstone is one of the starting agents available to everyone.

In order to start receiving Brimstone Agent collectibles, you need to do a few preliminary steps:

  • Go to the Agents tab in the Collection section.
  • Find Brimstone in the list of agents.
  • Click on Brimstone and select Activate Contract.

Brimstone's contract (like that of other agents) consists of 10 levels. Each level unlocks a new item such as player cards, titles, sprays and skins. These levels can be unlocked by earning experience (XP), completing daily or weekly challenges, or simply playing Valorant's various modes.

Brimstone contract rewards

Agent Brimstone equipment includes several unique items, each of which can become part of your collection, absolutely free (purchased with in-game currency, for completing contracts and winning matches). Among the rewards you can find:

Chapter 1

  • Level 1: Title “Old Dog”: Cost: 2000 Corporation credits. A unique title that can only be obtained by leveling up an agent.
  • Level 2: “The Big One” Spray: Cost: 2500 Corporation credits. An animated spray that can be applied to surfaces during matches. Displays Brimstone's ultimate ability.
  • Level 3: “Brimstone Valorant” Player Card: Cost: 3000 Corporation credits. Card featuring Agent Brimstone.
  • Level 4: Title “Coach”: Cost: 3500 Corporation credits. Another title you can display under your name.
  • Level 5: “Getting Reps” Spray: Cost: 4000 Corporation credits. The second animated spray included in Agent Brimstone's equipment.

Chapter 2

  • Level 6: Keychain “Dog Tags”: Cost: 4500 Corporation credits. A Brimstone Army Agent badge that adorns your weapon.
  • Level 7: Brimstone Spray: Cost: 5500 Corporation credits. Already a tray spray in the agent's collection, with an alternative design and small animation.
  • Level 8: “High Command” Title: Cost: 6500 Corporation credits. Another title in the agent's collection (as you can see, Riot Games didn't care much about the uniqueness of equipment at the game's release).
  • Level 9: Player Card “No One Left Behind”: Cost: 7500 Corporation credits. An image from Brimstone that intersects with its lore in the Valorant universe.
  • Level 10: Exclusive weapon skin “Peacekeeper Sheriff”: Cost: 10000 Corporation credits. The final reward for completing the Brimstone contract is an exclusive weapon skin in the style of the Valorant Protocol organization.

How to quickly earn experience for promotion under a contract

Leveling up contracts is quite a time-consuming task, so we decided to give you a few small tips on how to speed up the process of obtaining “Corporation credits”, thanks to which you will complete all 10 levels of the Brimstone agent in the shortest possible time. To speed up the process, use the following tips:

  • Complete daily and weekly tasks: These quests provide a significant amount of experience and should be a priority if you want to unlock gear faster.
  • Play more matches: For each completed match you receive experience, and additional bonuses are given for victories. Don’t forget about playing in a party, which also brings additional experience to you and your teammate. If you don't have anyone to play Valorant with, you can always turn to the Valorant community Discord, which we previously talked about.
  • Play different modes: Experience can be earned in Unrated, Competitive and Quick Spike modes. While Unranked and Competitive give more experience per match, Quick Spike allows you to gain XP faster.

Conclusion

Unlocking the Brimstone outfit in Valorant isn't the most fun process, but you don't have to put in much effort to do it. Simply activate your contract with Brimstone to receive exclusive rewards from the Agent Gear section. So activate the Brimstone Contract and start unlocking today!
