The developers of Valorant love various hidden details and easter eggs they fill their shooter with. Secrets can be found in every Valorant teaser dedicated to the release of a new map or agent. But it's not just in videos and images where you can find different easter eggs. Most existing maps in the game have their own secrets, references, and hidden details. Today, the Bo3 editorial team has prepared a material in which we will talk about interesting and hidden easter eggs on Valorant maps that you might have missed.
Paul Delman

The first easter egg is found on the map Fracture, or rather, it was in the past. It was located near the exit from point A directly opposite the ziplines. In the past, there was a small sphere, upon contact with which an ID card named Paul Delman appeared on the screen. This is a little-known character who has already appeared in the hidden lore of the game. Judging by the available information, Paul works for the Kingdom Corporation, which is engaged in the extraction and promotion of radianite, a key resource in the Valorant universe. It is unknown why information about him disappeared from the Fracture map, but if you analyze the information from the game's lore, you can assume that this character was transferred to work with the rift that occurred in Los Angeles. This city is reflected in the penultimate map Sunset, so references to Paul should be sought there.
Hidden Charms on Lotus

The Lotus map also has its easter eggs, the first of which is displayed in the form of soft toys hidden throughout the map. It is unclear whether these toys refer to some existing charm or are perhaps just made up by the Valorant developers. However, not all charms can be seen just from the ground; for most, you need to fly high and jump, which is quite difficult to do in a regular game. But if you want to find them all, you need to create your own lobby and enable cheat mode. It is unknown how many such toys are hidden on Lotus, but according to some rumors, there are more than 30, so you can try to find them all.
Scuttle Crabs from League of Legends

The first and most famous creation of Riot Games is the MOBA genre representative League of Legends, and it is not surprising that the company is usually associated with this game. Despite the fact that LoL and Valorant are fundamentally different games, the developers skillfully combine them through in-game content. In Valorant, skins sometimes appear that were created in collaboration with LoL and much more. Therefore, it is not surprising that on some maps in Valorant you can find easter eggs from League of Legends. The first of them is located on the map Split near the transition to the central part of the map. In one of the corners, there is a snack shop with a large sculpture of Scuttle Crabs from League of Legends.
Tahm Kench's Bench from League of Legends

The second reference to League of Legends in Valorant is located on the map Ascent. In the central part of the map, there is a bench on which you can see the head and hands of the famous character Tahm Kench from the League of Legends universe. This bench is quite inconspicuous compared to the previous Scuttle Crabs, so you may not have known about it. If you want to know about other hidden examples of collaboration between Valorant and League of Legends, read our material below.
Tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo

Valorant developers create easter eggs not only for their other projects but also for real-world football stars. On the Pearl map, you can find a shop window with the name Onze. It has two jerseys, several pairs of football boots, a champion cup, balls, and a photo card. Many believe that this showcase is a tribute to the world-famous football star Cristiano Ronaldo. This is hinted at by several facts, the first of which is that the Pearl map is modeled after the city of Lisbon in Portugal. And Cristiano Ronaldo himself is from this country. In addition, the footballer always performs under the number 7, and one of the jerseys in this showcase also has the number 7.
Enough Snowmen

The Icebox map in Valorant is the only one that represents a cold snowy port, and it has an interesting easter egg related to snow. In the kitchen near the spawn point of the defenders, there is a stand with various photographs and notes. Among them is a request in which the author addresses an unknown person and asks them to stop making snowmen. To which they respond no and attach a drawing of a snowman. On the map itself, you can also see two snowmen on the left side of plant B.

Comics on Pearl

On the Pearl map, right at the defenders' spawn point, there is a large shop. In it, you can see various agent paraphernalia, figurines, posters, and cardboard cutouts. But the main attribute remains the comics depicting various agents from the game. Although the comics themselves are not an easter egg, many players believe that due to the similar style in which they are drawn, the comics refer to the two giants DC and Marvel. Their drawing style is very similar to what can be seen on the comics with Valorant agents.
Agent Statues on Pearl

Another easter egg on our list is also located on Pearl, right behind the defenders' spawn point. As you can see, there are several pedestals with stone statues of agents: Omen, Jett, Sage, Phoenix. The thing is, the Pearl map, according to the game lore, is located on Omega Earth, the second planet that also has its own agents. But on Omega Earth, the agents are considered saviors and are honored. This is why the stone statues were created, as well as various paraphernalia we wrote about above.
New Agent Teaser

The last easter egg on our list is located on the latest map that appeared in Valorant. The Abyss location immediately attracted the community's attention due to its unusual level design and the absence of invisible textures that would prevent you from falling out of its boundaries. But besides this, Abyss also attracts attention because it has a teaser for a new agent. On one of the columns, you could see a glass capsule behind which a new agent was walking. Later, after the release of the new 9.02 update, the glass that held the agent was found broken, and now he has broken free. It should be noted that the official announcement of the new character will take place during the Valorant Champions 2024, which starts in a few days.
