Valve выпустили обновление Dota 2 версии 7.39c, которое включает широкий спектр изменений: от корректировок предметов и нейтральных артефактов до баланса героев и обновления карты. Изменения призваны скорректировать текущую мету и уменьшить силу отдельных механик.

Общие изменения: меньше True Strike, правки карты

Одним из заметных изменений стало ослабление True Strike — теперь Orb of Venom больше не гарантирует попадание по уворотам. Кроме того, Blade Mail потерял 1 единицу брони, а Hurricane Pike стал развеиваемым, если применяется на врага. Также переработан Harpoon — теперь его "крюк" можно дизджойнтить.

На карте слегка изменено расположение Watchers около святилищ мудрости, а радиус их активации уменьшен с 300 до 200. Кроме того, Roshan теперь воспринимает атаки курьеров как удары героев ближнего боя, а Tormentor больше не отражает урон от криптов-героев.

Изменения нейтралов и леса

Нейтральные крипы также подкорректированы: большинство способностей скастуются медленнее. Boglet, Croaker, Ancient Croaker — все они теперь имеют увеличенный cast point. Ancient Prowler Shaman теперь может накладывать Petrify без ограничения по здоровью, если находится под контролем игрока.

Нейтральные предметы и энчантменты

Несколько нейтральных предметов получили балансные изменения:

Ripper's Lash

• Flay cast range increased from 700 to 850.

Mana Draught

• Bottoms Up mana restore rescaled from 60 + 4% to 70 + 3%.

Searing Signet

• Burn Through no longer applies if the wearer is more than 2000 range away from the target.

Serrated Shiv

• Gut 'Em no longer grants Illusions the chance to True Strike.

Giant's Maul

• Crushing Blow can no longer be applied by illusions.

Vampiric

• Spell Lifesteal bonus decreased from 8/10/12% to 6/8/10%.

• Armor bonus decreased from +7 to +6.

Hurricane Pike

• Hurricane Thrust buff provided to the wearer when targeting an enemy is now dispellable.

Phylactery

• Recipe cost decreased from 400 to 300. Total cost decreased from 2600 to 2500.

Khanda

• Total cost decreased from 5700 to 5600 (due to Phylactery Recipe cost reduction).
• Empower Spell Break debuff no longer dispellable.
