SunPayus opts for a classic static crosshair with a minimal length and thickness, featuring a small gap of -3 and a visible center dot. The crosshair is rendered in a custom white color with full opacity, outlined for added visibility. This compact and clean configuration ensures minimal obstruction of targets, aiding in precise shots and quick target acquisition, especially during high-pressure scenarios.

SunPayus plays on a ZOWIE XL2566K monitor, renowned for its high refresh rate and fast response times. His in-game settings include running the game in fullscreen mode at a 4:3 aspect ratio with a 1280x960 resolution, and he prefers black bars as his scaling mode. This combination provides a stretched player model effect for easier target spotting while maintaining high visibility and smooth gameplay.

SunPayus prioritizes performance and clarity by disabling V-Sync, setting model and global shadow quality to low, and using bilinear texture filtering. He also turns off multisampling anti-aliasing and enables boost player contrast.
