NiKo

Nikola “NiKo” Kovač is one of the best players in Counter-Strike history. He was born on February 16, 1997, in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a little child, he had an interest in gaming when he spent hours playing games in his father's internet café. At 9, Nikola first started CS 1.6, but once CS:GO came out, he quickly moved to the latter.

Nikola Kovač began to get real success for such teams as iNation, but his real success came for mousesports in 2015. Despite the language barrier, and even a temporary transfer to the bench, he proved that his individual level was above that of most. NiKo soon became the in-game captain and one of the leaders of the squad. Emotional and driven, Kovacs always stood out due to his incredible accuracy and ability to turn the rounds. His talent attracted the attention of FaZe Clan, with whom he transferred in 2017 for a record price of $500,000. In the composition of FaZe, NiKo won 11 titles and got 7 MVP awards, but his main goal to win a major remained just a dream.

Later, in 2020, Nikola moved to G2 Esports, for which he currently plays. During that transfer, he managed to reunite with his cousin Nemanja "huNter" Kovacs. In recent times, there have been few major victories, but NiKo stats confirm he is still one of the strongest players in the scene. NiKo G2 is still showing the highest level of play in NiKo CS2 at 27 years of age. Besides esports, he enjoys snooker.
