Valve temporarily disabled regular matchmaking in CS2 due to a server bug

The developers of Counter-Strike 2 released a small patch, designed to fix a number of bugs, including hanging in the "Regular" mode of matchmaking.

  • Various bug fixes.

Gameplay

  • Players who survive the last round before overtime can no longer save weapons for overtime.
  • “Regular” mode temporarily disabled due to a bug when servers hang at the end of a match.

Sound

  • Fixed lack of music in regular mode.

Miscellaneous

  • Improvement and refinement of user interface elements in premier matchmaking.
  • Improvement and refinement of weapon display.
  • Fixed crashes that occurred when changing audio devices.
  • Fixed a bug where players leaving the game during a vote for a map in Premier mode received multiple penalties for searching for a match at once.
