Following NAVI’s win over FaZe at IEM Cologne 2025, Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy shared his thoughts in a post-match interview with Bo3.gg. The rifler touched on the team’s synergy with new addition Makazze, their performance in the opening match, and the return of Overpass to the map pool. He also gave a brief update on B1ad3’s injury and reflected on the team’s current form heading deeper into the tournament.

Hello Valera [b1t], congratulations on your first victory this season. Are you excited?

Hello. Yeah, always nice to start with a win, especially in the Cologne.

The main question today is about Makazze. How did he integrate into the team? How is your synergy right now? What can you tell us?

About Drin [Makazze], I can say he’s doing very good. He has good aim, he has a good basic understanding of the game, so he's speaking well. I like how he is showing himself. So yeah.

Are you satisfied with his performance?

I like his performance. It was only the first game, so we will see.

What happened to B1ad3's hand?

He just fell from a scooter.

And the last one about Overpass — it's back in the map pool. Are you happy with this? Are you training Overpass right now? Are you excited about these changes?

To be honest, at some point Overpass was my favorite map in CS:GO and in the beginning of CS2. But I thought from the beginning of the two events we can play B, and for some reason, I started to not like this map. But now I returned back to A, so I like this map more. But still, it’s kind of a big map.
