In a recent interview, Techno for HLTV, a prominent figure in the Asian Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene, shared his insights on the competitive landscape ahead of the RMR tournament. With his team currently ranked as the best in Asia by both ESL and HLTV, sitting at the 20th position globally, Techno provides a modest outlook on their standing.
Despite their top ranking, Techno believes the gap between his team and other Asian contenders is narrower than it appears.
Of course, statistically, we're the best team in Asia right now, both in ESL and HLTV ranking we’re #20. I don’t think we’re far in front of other teams, because in Asia any team can win any team, and the rankings don’t reflect that.
He adds:
I think Senzu has a very bright future
This level of unpredictability adds an extra layer of excitement and challenge to the upcoming RMR, as teams from across the continent vie for a spot in the prestigious PGL Major. Techno's comments reflect the dynamic nature of the CS:GO competitive scene in Asia, where upsets and surprise victories are not uncommon.
As the RMR approaches, all eyes will be on Techno and his team to see if they can live up to their ranking and emerge victorious amidst the highly competitive Asian landscape. Regardless of the outcome, Techno's respect for his rivals and acknowledgment of the region's talent highlights the sportsmanship and camaraderie prevalent in the esports community.

Techno also shared information about practice matches against European teams:
We don’t really care about winning or losing in practice, we only care about what they do against us and what we did against them. That’s all we care about.
He also expressed his views on teams that are worthy of playing in the Major:
TYLOO and Grayhound might have a bigger chance maybe. TYLOO had a bootcamp in Serbia last month, the same as we did. dexter recently joined Grayhound, so we don’t know how they will perform.
