Professional Counter-Strike player Martin “STYKO” Styk has officially announced that he has become a free agent. He announced this on his page on the X social network. STYKO's last team was Monte, where he played before his departure. STYKO noted that he is taking a short break from his career to find new ways to improve and regain motivation before the next important stage in his career.

Plans for the future
STYKO said that he is actively considering options for the 2025 season, and also plans to participate in the upcoming BLAST Major in Austin. According to him, it will be a difficult path, but nothing worthwhile comes easy. STYKO also left the door open for potential offers from organizations that may be interested in his services, encouraging his agent Jerome Coupez to contact him.
