Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek, the captain of the MOUZ team, expressed his vision for the team's future ahead of Elisa Masters Espoo 2023. According to him, the main goal of MOUZ is not just to participate in major tournaments, but also to continue developing and gaining experience.
Siuhy emphasized that the team is progressing every day, and as a leader, he sees the value in continuous improvement and growth of the team. He noted that success in major tournaments is important, but greater attention is given to focusing on their own development and growth as a team and as individual players.
I think there’s still a lot ahead of us. We want to qualify for the bigger tournaments and play them as much as we can, but the main thing is to gain experience wherever we go and just continue growing as we are growing. I think we are progressing every day basically, so I would be happy from my point of view as a leader to just continue this progress throughout each event, each day, each month. So I would be happy with consistent progression. For the bigger tournaments it would obviously be a big bonus to place high in them, but like I said, it’s more about focusing on ourselves and growing as people and a team.
