Shox wants to become a coach after his career as a pro player

French athlete Richard shox Papillon talked about his intention to become a coach of Counter-Strike teams after the end of his career as a professional player. In an interview, he also confirmed that he would continue to perform on the competitive stage in CS 2.

I've already thought about it [the role of a coach] and probably would definitely try it. And then we'll see if I like it and if I can be good as a mentor. But now I still want to play. But of course, as soon as I finish my career, I will study it and try to help the team as much as I can as a coach.
I think I can be good at this because I'm good at organizational issues. If that makes sense, I was also a captain, working with players much older than me. Many years have passed, and I have been in different teams, and I know what works and what doesn't, but also what is essential for the team. This is something that I will like, I will be thrilled to train and help the players.

Shox said that the Counter-Strike 2 update is exactly what he was waiting for and that he will try his hand at the pro scene.

Counter-Strike 2 is right around the corner, and that's what I've been waiting for, just something like a significant change to the game. Although CS:GO is the best game in the world, I think it is updated too rarely because you always want something new. Sometimes the meta lasts too long, and the map pool does not change for months or even years. Everything is delayed, and I feel that we need to change something, and now it's finally happening. So my motivation is higher than ever.
