It has recently become known that the professional player from Turkey, Zeynep Sualp, better known in the Valorant competitive scene as Ritha, is leaving NAVI Celestials. Zeynep herself announced this on her official social media page.
Parted ways with @natusvincere and now I'm looking for a new home, so #LFT for next split of #VCTGameChangers

Zeynep Sualp joined NAVI in July 2022 and immediately helped the team win 1st place at the REBELS Final. Later, thanks to her, the team took 3rd place at the VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 3, which unfortunately did not allow NAVI to qualify for the Women's World Championship. In the new season, things didn't go very well for the team, 13-14th place in the first stage of VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Series 1, and later 9-10th place in the second VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Series 2. The official reason for parting with Ritha is still unknown, because despite the 9-10th place in the last tournament, NAVI managed to advance to the next stage. So the question arises whether it is expedient to change players during the competitive season?
Current NAVI Celestials roster
The team is looking forward to the third stage of the VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Series 3, which will start in September. The main prize of which is an invitation to the Valorant Champions Tour 2023: Game Changers Championship. If the team wants to compete for a place in it, they need to quickly find a replacement for Zeynep.
The future of Ritha
Zeynep Sualp described her departure from NAVI quite succinctly, without words of thanks and future wishes. But she noted that she is not planning to suspend her career and is ready to listen to new offers. During the 3 years of her participation in the professional Valorant scene, Ritha has been in 2 other teams besides NAVI, Oxxgen Esports and Futbolist Female, where she won prizes at various tier-2, 3 tournaments. Therefore, she will not have problems finding a new club.
