The final update of Episode 10, Act 1, is set to be released today, and it will be relatively small. Just now, Riot Games published the patch notes on their official website for the upcoming 10.03 update.

What’s in Patch 10.03

Agents

All slows now consistently reduce dash speeds for all agents to match the changes made in patches 9.10 and 9.11 for Vyse and Concuss effects.. This means it now affects the slows of Chamber, Skye, and Harbor.

System Updates

The visual language of the minimap has been updated to enhance clarity and gameplay accuracy.. Here’s an example on the Icebox map:

Bug Fixes

General

• Fixed a bug where explosive utilities could destroy sentinel traps, such as Arc Rose Vyse, even when far outside their intended radius.
• Note: The new explosive damage functionality was disabled in versions 10.01/10.02 while this issue was being investigated and fixed. We will continue monitoring the changes to ensure no further issues arise.

Game Systems

• Fixed an issue where players were unable to move or use the shop during match restart voting.
• The new voting system now also adjusts button colors: confirmation is now green, and rejection is red.

Game Consoles

• You can now add and edit notes for friends in Riot.
• Added the ability to search the friends list.
• You can filter the friends list by player name or tag.
• If you have more than four party invites, the friends list will now hide them for better visibility. Click “Show More” to view hidden invites.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where matches completed through the restart system displayed incorrect end screens.
• Fixed a bug where player highlights in the leaderboard could behave incorrectly.

PC

• Fixed a bug on the tournament bracket screen where the match score sometimes appeared in black.
• Fixed an issue where the tournament bracket was incorrectly centered on some ultrawide monitors.

Masters Bangkok 2025 will start in a few days, and therefore the developers will not introduce large-scale changes. Most likely, we will see the balance of agents and important changes already in the second act.

Patch release date

It should be noted that patch 10.03 was supposed to be released today in the US region, and tomorrow morning in all other regions. But it has just become known that Riot Games will postpone the update. Due to the holidays and office closure, the 10.03 update will be released a day later, which means that it will be released in America on February 19, and in other regions on February 20 in the morning.
