The closing matches of Group B featured fnatic vs GamerLegion and ENCE vs fnatic. The winner of the first match qualifies for the playoff stage, while the loser of the second match is eliminated from the tournament in 9th-13th place.
fnatic vs. GamerLegion
The match started with the map Ancient, which is the peak of GamerLegion and for good reason, they started it with dominance, but it didn't last long, reaching the score 6-2, fnatic took a few rounds and eventually the half ended with the score 5-7, in favor of their opponents. The second half was relatively equal, although it looked like fnatic would be able to take it to extra rounds, but GamerLegion were stronger and took the map to their bank with a score of 13-11.
Anubis the second map, which was already the peak of fnatic and it was under their dictation, GamerLegion started well in the first half, but their opponents were able to win key rounds and eventually turned this half in their favor, ending it with a score of 7-5. The second half was not quite so rosy for GamerLegion, it started with 11-5 for fnatic, but their opponents were able to take a few rounds, but that didn't save them and fnatic took it back, the score was 13-8 and 1-1 on the cards, moving on to the final third card.
It was Mirage, an undying classic, the first half was a rout for fnatic, as GamerLegion showed top class by taking 9 rounds and losing only 3, after that it's hard to start a comeback, right? But fnatic don't think so and started to gain rounds, you would think that on the third map will start extra rounds, but GamerLegion could show that they dominated the first part of the map for a reason, eventually winning with a score of 11-13 and winning the series 2-1.
MVP of the whole match was blameF with a rating of 6.9, although his team lost, but it shows that they were just a little bit short of victory.

But on the second, when fnatic went for the KT side, they just blew ENCE off the map and took 6 rounds in a row and took the map with a score of 13-8 in their favor. Which made the score in the match become 1-1.
Moving on to the third map which was Dust II, during the first half the game started with a 4-0 advantage for fnatic, but ENCE were able to gain rounds and took a 6-6 first half lead. In the second half the game was equal, first ENCE took 3 rounds, then lost 4 and then there were exchanges in the rounds, fnatic had chances to win, they were 1 round short, but ENCE moved to extra rounds.
