Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: Ticket sales for the playoffs start on October 25

Tournament operator Perfect World has announced the start of ticket sales for the playoff stage of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. Tickets will be available for purchase starting October 25 at 09:00 (GMT+8) on the Vivenu platform.

Ticketing details

Tickets will be sold in the form of two-day packages covering different stages of the playoffs. The playoffs will take place from December 12 to 15, and viewers will be able to purchase tickets for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and grand final:

  • Quarterfinals: December 12-13
  • Semifinals and grand final: December 14-15

Price categories

Tickets are available in four price categories, with prices ranging from $89 to $469 depending on the choice of package and category. The halls are conditionally divided into four sections (according to the SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center seating map):

  • Tier 1 (green areas) - the most expensive seats with the best view of the stage.
  • Tier 2 and 3 (blue zones) are the middle seats in terms of price and location.
  • Tier 4 (purple zones) - the most affordable tickets, but the seats are located a little further from the stage.

The total capacity of the arena is 13,000 seats.

Ticketing features

According to the announcement, Perfect World emphasizes that ticket buyers should carefully read all the terms and conditions of sale on the Vivenu platform. One of the important conditions is the process of ticket “personalization” that requires linking each ticket to a specific person.

The stages of the tournament

In addition to the playoff stage, the Perfect World Shanghai Major will also feature Opening and Elimination stages, which will be held with a limited number of spectators (up to 2,000 per day). Tickets for these stages will be available exclusively for the Chinese audience. Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 will take place from November 29 to December 15, ending the year with the high-profile CS2 tournament.
