On November 11th, the RMR regional tournaments will start, and thereby, teams all over the world will fight for the slot to participate in Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. The gaming community has highly expected this competition and surely is one of the most important events of the year. Fans are going to be given the chance to observe their favorite players and teams worldwide struggling for that coveted place to prove themselves in Shanghai.
The ongoing competitions within RMR promise not only thrilling battles but also a quite different view of national teams, and that would make it ten times more interesting. Players from over 30 countries are going to take part in competitions, and every region is ready to show its strength.
Regional Distribution of Players: Where Each Country Will Compete
In the RMR tournament, three huge regions build up the cases: Asia-Pacific, Americas, and Europe. Let's have a look at the nationalities competing in each region.
Asia-Pacific RMR

The other representatives include the USA, which has 18 players like Grim and floppy, Argentina with 11, Canada with 4, Uruguay with 3, South Africa with 3, Poland with 2, Chile with 2, Germany with 2, Sweden with 2, Latvia with 1, Australia with 1, Denmark with 1, Norway with 1, Spain with 1, the United Kingdom with 1, and Kazakhstan with 1.
European RMR Groups A and B
The European region has an even larger mix of nationalities represented. Those include:
- Ukraine — 15 players, such as s1mple and b1t;
- Poland — 11 participants, including Snax и TaZ;
- Sweden — 12 players including KRIMZ and Brollan;
- Russia - 42 participants including Ax1Le and m0NESY;
- Czech Republic — 14 players, including oskar and beastik;
- Denmark — 27 participants, including cadiaN and karrigan.
The participants will also include players representing Finland 3, Lithuania 1, Romania 3, France 10, Israel 5, the United Kingdom 3, Hungary 2, Germany 4, Switzerland 1, Austria 1, Portugal 6, Slovakia 4, Norway 1, Latvia 1, Estonia 1, Belarus 2, Kazakhstan 3, Montenegro 1, Bosnia and Herzegovina 2, Guatemala 1, Turkey 8, North Macedonia 1, Non-representing 2, and South Africa 1.
