NIP sensationally defeated FaZe, due to the amazing play of r1nkle

NIP sensationally defeated FaZe 2-0 in the lower grid final at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024. This marked the first meeting between the squads since NIP's new lineup has been in place.

Pre-Game Expectations

The expectations before the match were high, because for Artem "r1nkle" Moroz it was another opportunity to play with one of the best teams in the world. After all, in the past two matches he showed himself perfectly.

Before the match the spectators noticed that Håvard "rain" Nygaard played the match without points, which was the first time in a long time. The reason for this is not known, but it added to the interest in watching him.

Match details

The match started at Ancient, the pick of the NIP for whom the first half went strong and they finished 6-6. The second half started in FaZe's favor, but ended equally with a score of 6-6, securing extra rounds. NIP had no problems in the extra rounds and won with a score of 16-14.

The second map was Inferno, FaZe's choice, who ended the half in an even contest, with a score of 6-6. The beginning of the second half was interesting, where the teams sensationally traded rounds, but in the end NIP were able to win more and won with a score of 13-11.

NIP's victory was largely due to the great play of r1nkle, who had a simply incredible series, finishing the game with a sensational K/D 2 as well as a rating of 7.4.
