NAVI has announced their search for a new manager for their CS2 roster following the departure of Alexander "Lk-" Lemechev. Lk- decided to explore other opportunities after effectively working with NAVI since July last year. His arrival in the team occurred after Yaroslav "N1ghtEnd" Klochok moved to the position of Head of Team Management Department.
Lk- gained respect and recognition within the team, particularly Justinas "jL" Lekavicius called him irreplaceable and the best manager in the world. These words confirm his significant contribution to the team.

Candidates to replace Lk- should have more than two years of experience in esports, 1-3 years of experience in project or team management, possess a high level of English, and be able to solve problems quickly. Also important is living in Europe and being stress-resistant.
The duties of the new manager will include organizing trips to tournaments, boot camps, budgeting, participating in the preparation of contracts, managing the fulfillment of players' marketing obligations, and other administrative tasks.
