Loord becomes new coach of IKLA

Ukrainian esports club IKLA has announced the start of cooperation with Polish CS:GO coach Mariusz Loord Cybulski. The announcement was made on the organization's social media channels.

Who is Loord?

Loord is a CS:GO team coach, as well as a former professional player. Cybulski was part of the famous Polish collective Golden Five, which was one of the most successful in Counter-Strike history. After a series of unsuccessful results in 2013, the team disbanded. Over his career, he has earned more than $130k in prizes.

Ban history

In September 2020, Loord received a 6-month ban from participating in all ESIC member events for using a bug related to the coach camera in CS:GO during his work at Team Kinguin and Aristocracy. In addition, in January 2021, he was banned from participating in five majors due to the use of a coaching bug. As of the time of publication, the ban has been lifted.
