Former Monte coach Sergiy "LMBT" Bezhanov announced on Twitter that he is looking for a new job in esports. His decision to return to active work is related to the feeling of motivation he received after watching the movie. In his message, LMBT noted that he continues to love Counter-Strike and esports competition, and is ready to take on new challenges.
LMBT wrote:
"Well with the movie I just watched , I got some motivation. Still love cs and competition it seems like. So with that being said I'm rdy for new challenges and today will start searching for new job and home. RTs appreciated."

LMBT and his achievements in esports
During his long coaching career, Sergiy “LMBT” Bezhanov has achieved impressive results in several esports teams. His most successful period was during his work with such teams as MOUZ, HellRaisers, and, most recently, Monte.
His tenure at Monte brought significant success. In particular, under his leadership, the team won the ESL Challenger Jönköping 2023 tournament and twice took honorable 3-4 places at the ESL Pro League Season 18 and ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023. During his work at Monte, LMBT helped the team become competitive on the international stage, which is confirmed by their high achievements in A-tier tournaments.
However, LMBT is most recognized for his work with MOUZ (2016-2019). During this period, the team under his leadership won several major tournaments, including:
- ESL One New York 2018
- DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018
- StarSeries i-League Season 4
- V4 Future Sports Festival 2018
His contribution to the development of the esports scene, as well as his ability to turn teams into successful collectives, has made him one of the most respected coaches on the international scene.
