In the quarterfinal between G2 and Virtus.pro at PGL Bucharest 2025, G2 met all the fans' expectations. G2 showcased a very strong performance and confidently advanced to the tournament's semifinals.

The first map was Dust2, chosen by Virtus.pro. VP started the match well, but after the side switch, G2 picked up the pace and completely seized the initiative. Excellent attacking and strategic late-round play allowed G2 to finish the map in their favor with a score of 13:11.

The second map was Mirage, chosen by G2. Here, the team didn't waste any time: a powerful start and solid defense helped G2 secure their advantage. Virtus.pro tried to close the gap, but G2 maintained control of the game and won with a score of 13:9.
