FlyQuest has triumphantly completed their participation in the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2024 tournament with CS2, beating BIG in the grand final with a score of 2:1. The final match was a real battle on three maps - Ancient (13:10), Vertigo (14:16), and Dust2 (13:9).
For the first place, FlyQuest received a prize pool of $50,000 and qualified for the ESL Pro League S21. BIG, who took second place, earned $20,000.

Confident performance of FlyQuest
FlyQuest demonstrated a confident game throughout the tournament, not suffering any defeats in the group stage. In the semifinals, they defeated Wildcard to secure a place in the final. The team demonstrated well-coordinated teamwork and individual skill, which allowed them to win the championship title.
Ancient FlyQuest demonstrated excellent teamwork on the map. Despite the excellent performance of Krimbo from BIG, who made 31 kills and showed a rating of 8.9 on Ancient, FlyQuest retained the advantage and won this map with a score of 13:10. However, on Vertigo, the German team managed to win back the map with a score of 14:16. But on Dust2, FlyQuest took control and brought the match to a 13:9 victory, where aliStair and dexter became key players for their team.
BIG's way to the finals
BIG also had a strong showing at the tournament, winning their group and then beating SAW in the semifinals. However, in the finals, despite the heroic play of Krimbo, who was named MVP of the tournament, BIG could not break FlyQuest's resistance.
Tournament prize pool
ESL Challenger Atlanta 2024 had a prize pool of $100,000, which was distributed as follows:
- 1st place: FlyQuest - $50,000 + a slot in the ESL Pro League S21
- 2nd place: BIG - $20,000
- 3-4 place: Wildcard and SAW - $10,000 each
This tournament, organized by ESL, has become another important milestone in the development of the Counter-Strike 2 competitive scene. FlyQuest continue their way to the top of CS2, and their participation in the ESL Pro League S21 will be the next serious test.
