Ancient was FaZe's pick, but from the first minutes, Falcons made it clear they were ready to fight for victory. They started with two won rounds, after which FaZe took three in response. Then the teams exchanged one round each, and Falcons made a breakthrough, taking five rounds in a row and going into the break with a comfortable lead of 8-4. After the sides switched, FaZe took the pistol round, but Falcons began to dominate again, winning four in a row and reaching match point at 12-5.
