Today, it was revealed that some teams from the global ranking have fully transitioned to practicing in CS2 and are seeking scrims there.

The full list of known teams is as follows:

• FaZe Clan 
• TSM 
• Team Spirit 
• IKLA
• Bad News Eagles

It's likely that this isn't the complete list, as teams would simply not find scrim partners. Furthermore, a major concern with these scrims is that there is no slot for a team coach during such matches. This means coaches have to stand behind players or someone has to broadcast the game to them, to understand what's happening on the map.

It's worth noting that the teams have completely stopped practicing in CS:GO! Despite FaZe Clan advancing to the ESL Pro League Season 18 playoffs, they also ceased training in CS:GO.

Recall, developers had already hinted at the CS2 release date, which is set for September 26, 2023!
