Esports World Cup kicks off on July 3, and until its grand finale on August 25, there will be 8 weeks of amazing competition with life-changing prize money - this year will make history!
More information was shared with us today about the Partner Club Competition that will determine the best club in the world out of the dozens that will compete, in Riyadh.
Requirements
There are a few simple requirements to participate in the Club Competition - one is to participate and one is to win:
- Participation Requirement - A Club must finish in the top 8 in at least two competitions to qualify for the Club Championship.
- Winning Requirement - A Club must finish in the top 8 in at least one competition to qualify to win the Club Championship and become the best club in the world. In the event that the club with the most points does not achieve this, the club with the most points and meeting this requirement will take first place.
Points Allocation
All Esports World Cup competitions award the same number of points, rewarding clubs that consistently perform at a high level of play. More clubs competing in more games means more competition and more memorable moments in cybersport history.
Prize money distribution
The 16 most successful clubs will win 20.000.000 dollars, but all will be aiming for the main prize of 7.000.000 dollars. The distribution will look like this
Recall that all participants of the Esports World Cup 2024 Counter-Strike 2 tournament are known, including the Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere and many others such as FaZe Clan, Vitality, MOUZ, G2 and others.
