The dataminer reports that the new map will be announced with an animated video, and the map itself will be set in Los Angeles, where this year's World Championship is held. If the announcement does take place, it will be on the final day of the tournament.

It's worth noting that this map was removed from the competitive map pool for refurbishment. It's likely that if an announcement is made, it could also be the return of an old, revamped map.
