Chelo misses Blast Premier Spring Groups

MIBR will have to use a stand-in.

MIBR have announced that they will have roster problems at Blast Premier Spring Groups.

MIBR have reported that Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes had been tested positive for the Covid-19 and wouldn't be able to travel to Europe with the team. It means that player won’t be able to attend Blast Premier Spring Groups.

MIBR have invited Breno "brnz4n" Poletto, who is currently part of MIBR Academy, to stand in at Blast Premier Spring Groups. He had already taken this role in 2021 and showed a decent performance.

It will be difficult for MIBR to qualify for Blast Premier Spring Final as their group looks tough. They will battle for the spot in Group alongside Natus Vincere, Astralis, and OG.

Blast Premier Spring Groups starts on January 28th.

MIBR lineup for Blast Premier Spring Groups: Raphael "exit" Lacerda, Adriano "WOOD7" Cerato, Matheus "Tuurtle" Anhaia, Jhonatan "JOTA" Willian, Breno "brnz4n" Poletto (stand-in), Renato "nak" Nakano (stand-in coach).
