BLEED has found itself at the center of a serious scandal over financial problems. The players and coaching staff of the CS2 team published an open letter detailing numerous problems with pay and contract violations. In particular, it became known that the BLEED management delayed the payment of salaries for several months. Some players and coaches had not been paid for four months. This seriously affected the team's preparation for tournaments and damaged the organization's reputation in the eyes of other players and potential signees.
Problems with boot camps and organizational costs
Another significant problem was the organization of boot camps before important competitions. In an open letter, the team noted that players were forced to pay for their own preparation for RMR qualifiers, as the organization refused to cover these costs. This created an additional burden on the players and coaching staff, given that their salaries were already significantly delayed.
Non-payment of prize money and transfers
In addition, BLEED has not paid about 60% of the prize money for participation in tournaments. Players note that each payment was delayed, and the organization did not provide any explanations for further payments. Payments for transfers of several players were also disrupted.
With no other options left, we are forced to do this.

Concerns from players in other disciplines
Not only CS2 roster faced problems. The letter states that players from other BLEED divisions, including Dota 2, Valorant, and Rainbow Six teams, have also contacted CS2 coaches with similar complaints. This indicates systemic problems in the organization's management.

Lack of communication with BLEED management
One of the key complaints in the open letter was the lack of any dialog from BLEED's top management. Players and coaches claim that the management simply disappeared from sight, stopped responding to inquiries, did not fulfill promises, and did not provide any information on further actions.
The team's next steps
The players reported that they are currently consulting with lawyers to determine their next steps. At the same time, the team intends to participate in the upcoming tournaments under the name “UNPAID” until they find a new organization that will ensure stable payments and proper management.
This case was a big blow to the reputation of BLEED, which was previously known for its great ambitions and financial capabilities.
