The last matches of the fourth game day of ESL Pro League Season 20 in Group C and D, where FURIA and BIG qualified for the playoffs of the tournament. The results put FURIA and VP one step closer to making the tournament playoffs.
BIG vs. Complexity
The first map was Ancient, where BIG showed good play on it, ending the half with a score of 8-4 for the attack. In the second half after winning the pistol round, they gave up a series of 5 rounds, but still managed to finish the game with a score of 13-10.
The second map was Vertigo, where the first half ended with a score of 6-6. In the second half Complexity were stronger and won key rounds, and still managed to win with a score of 13-11.
The third was Dust 2, where BIG simply took out their opponent, showing incredible play and ended the half with a score of 11-1. In the second half, they just brought the game to an end and masterfully won with a score of 13-1.
The first map was Ancient, where ATOX sensationally showed a good game and ended the half with a score of 11-1. In the second half ENCE were able to take twice as much as in the first, but it still wasn't enough for them and they lost with a score of 13-3.
The second was Nuke where ENCE's destruction continued, where ATOX was able to take seven straight rounds in the first half and ended the half with a score of 8-4. In the second half, they managed to take the second series of five rounds and sensationally won with a score of 13-6.
The first map of the match was Dust 2, where the game was equal in both halves, where the map ultimately could not end without more rounds. Both teams played halves 6-6 and brought the game to them, where FURIA proved to be stronger and ended the map with a score of 16-14.
The second map was Vertigo, where they gave some fight in the first half, but in the second half they did the unbelievable and managed to win all 8 rounds of offense and finished the game with a score of 13-8.
The third map was Mirage, where the first half was equal and accordingly ended with a score of 6-6, but the second half was different, where VP showed great defense and managed to win with a score of 13-7.
Next matches
BIG advance to the first round of the playoffs after a solid win, while Complexity advance to the semifinals of the last chance gridiron after a loss. ATOX also qualified for the last chance grid semi-finals, while ENCE sensationally leave the tournament in last place.
VP also qualify for the playoffs of the tournament, where they will play in the first round, but their opponent as well as other teams is unknown. FURIA in their turn fall into the last chance grid, where they will play with ATOX for the elimination or in case of victory for the final of the last chance grid, where they will play for the last place in the playoffs of Group D.
