During the match between NAVI and TYLOO at the ESL Pro League Season 21, a clip was shown where Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen and Mihai "iM" Ivan were clearly expressing dissatisfaction with each other. This moment sparked a lively discussion in the CS2 community, fueling rumors of potential issues within the team. However, the team's head coach Andrii "B1ad3" Gorodenskyi does not see this episode as a warning sign.
In an interview, B1ad3 explained that such moments are a common occurrence in teams.
I don't see anything critical in this, there's nothing unusual about players arguing during a game. Everyone is under pressure, everyone is competing and wants to give their best to achieve one goal.
B1ad3 also emphasized that such disputes indicate the players' engagement in the process.
When people argue, it means they care. If they don't argue, it usually indicates indifference. Of course, you can control emotions and still care about the result, but for us, it's a natural process. Overall, if this happens, it occurs during the game, and it's normal. We just move on and fix the situation in the next round. During the match, it wasn't anything significant.
