ESL announced on their social media accounts that the new economy changes were incorrectly applied to the server configuration. The bug has been found and a fix will be applied once matches are completed.
The problem was caused by this update:

Due to this error, teams at the tournament faced incorrect economics, which could have affected the results of the matches. But there will be no re-matches or anything else, as this wasted time and resources, and could lead to additional organizational problems.
