Alliance continues to invest in Swedish CS. In 2023, the organization entered Counter-Strike with an entirely Swedish lineup.
Over the past year, despite facing some downturns, the team has shown success on the local scene, winning tournaments like the Subway Suberior League Season 2 and the Esportal LuckyCasino Cup 2023. These victories have solidified their position on the Swedish scene, in spite of general challenges in international competitions.
Contract Extension
The Alliance organization decided to extend the contract with the team for one year. In their statement, they emphasize their goal of becoming a home for a new generation of the Swedish CS elite. However, they also acknowledge that this path will require considerable effort, time, and patience: "We are far from the level that allows us to compete with the best teams, but everyone at Alliance believes in our future and that we can share the responsibility for the development of Swedish CS," the organization's press release states.

Roster and Changes
Since entering Counter-Strike, Alliance has only changed a player once. In the summer, the team captain, Robin "robiin" Sjögren, was benched, and his spot was taken by Markus "upE" Johansson. The new captain is Simon "twist" Eliasson. In his statement, twist emphasized the importance of the organization's trust: "I want to thank Alliance for believing in us. In tough times, their support was even more important than during periods of victory. We will continue to work so that fans can be proud of us. I'm glad the team will continue together for another year, and I hope we can win prestigious trophies."
