Riot Games has unveiled a preliminary list of changes for patch 25.11 in League of Legends. The update enhances Twitch's AP build, improves the Horizon Focus item, and introduces neutral adjustments to the abilities of Aatrox, Garen, and Kassadin. Additionally, the developers are pulling back previous buffs to Cho'Gath and Smolder to return them to a balanced state.

Item Changes

Horizon Focus will receive buffs after showing low effectiveness compared to other magic items. Riot notes that build paths through Liandry’s and Luden’s currently appear competitive, and the Horizon Focus buff aims to level the choice within burst builds.

Champion Adjustments

Aatrox's ability "Infernal Chains W" has been reworked to deal physical damage, which should improve interaction with classic fighter items. Additionally, the reward for precise use of abilities is enhanced.

Garen will receive changes that improve the comfort of non-crit builds. The reduction in E cooldown makes the playstyle more repeatable while maintaining counterplay opportunities.

Kassadin and Samira have undergone neutral adjustments. Riot is enhancing their functionality without actual power increases: Kassadin will become slightly more stable in the early game, and Samira will more effectively capitalize on advantages in team fights.
