Riot Games has unveiled details about fan activities during the Mid-Season Invitational 2025. The tournament in Vancouver promises to be the most extensive in the series' history, not only in terms of participants but also in the number of fan engagement formats.
The Largest Co-Streaming Coverage in MSI History
At MSI 2025, an updated Co-Streamer Hub, supported by Opera GX, will be launched. For the first time, more than 75 invited streamers from various countries will officially cover the matches on their platforms. The program remains invite-only: Riot has invited popular content creators who have actively followed regional leagues.
All streamers will be joined by teams — they are allowed to conduct their own broadcasts of MSI 2025 matches and collaborate with official ambassadors. The full list of participants will be published on June 19.
Broadcast Innovations: Updated HUD
During MSI 2025, Riot will continue to test a redesigned broadcast interface. Now, key information — score, timers, and objectives — will be displayed centrally at the top of the screen. Player cameras have been relocated, and the visual priorities of interface elements have been simplified for better perception — both on large screens and mobile devices.
Developers continue to gather viewer feedback for further HUD improvements.

Return of Global Power Rankings by AWS
During the tournament, global team rankings will be updated again, based on match results. The system automatically recalculates participant positions, allowing tracking of progress and surprises in real-time.
At the end of the tournament, Riot will highlight several special nominations:
- Biggest Mover — the team that made the largest jump in the rankings;
- Biggest Upset — the most unexpected victory;
- Ignite the Fire Within — in honor of the MSI champion or new #1 in the rankings.
