After a challenging victory over FlyQuest at the MSI 2025, top laner Bilibili Gaming Bin shared his thoughts on the series and plans for the next round. According to the player, the team faced difficulties in the initial games but managed to regroup and impose their pace on the opponent in the decisive fifth match.
This match was a serious test for BLG, with an equally significant clash ahead. In the next round, the team will face Anyone’s Legend, whom they recently battled in the LPL final. Bin does not label the upcoming match as a "rematch," but is firmly determined to lead his team to the MSI finals.
Control over the game came only in the fifth map
The first four games, according to Bin, were dictated by the opponent. FlyQuest managed to set their pace and disrupt BLG's usual game structure:
In the first four games, the opponent just drew us into their pace, and it was very difficult for us to play our game. In the fifth, we chose a draft we were confident with, and that helped us turn the series around.
Uncomfortable picks from FlyQuest became a problem in the lane
Bin noted that the unexpected picks from FlyQuest’s top laner, Aatrox and Sett, posed a significant challenge as they were unusual for the current meta and preparation:
He picked unexpected champions. I rarely see them in solo or scrims, and it complicated the lane. He just kept drawing me into his pace again.

The team continues to develop despite not being in peak form
Despite the victory, Bin acknowledges that the team has not yet reached its peak form and continues to adapt:
We are not at our peak yet and are not showing our best momentum, but we are improving with each game. I hope we will perform even better in the next bo5.
Focus is on themselves, not on revenge
The match with Anyone’s Legend will be a repeat of the LPL final, but Bin tries not to dwell on "history" and focuses on the quality of play:
I'm not thinking about revenge. I just want to focus on the game and show my level. Don’t forget — I was in the MSI finals in 2022, 2023, and 2024. And I want to get there again.
Bilibili Gaming defeated FlyQuest in a tense series with a score of 3:2 and advanced to the next round of the lower bracket of MSI 2025. Ahead is a match against Anyone’s Legend — a repeat of the LPL spring split final. Bin has reached the MSI finals three times in a row and aims to continue this streak.
The Mid-Season Invitational 2025 will be held from June 27 to July 12 in Canada, with a prize pool of $2,000,000. You can follow the news, schedule, and results of the tournament through this link.
