Ranked & Gameplay Tuning

Alongside new content, Bandai Namco is rolling out improvements to gameplay flow, combo interactions, and the Heat System to reduce overly aggressive playstyles. Version 2.01 marks the first step in a broader seasonal rebalancing plan based on community feedback.

After Fahkumram drops in the summer, another legacy fighter will arrive in the fall, followed by an all-new character and stage in winter 2025. All new fighters and stages are included in the Season 2 Character & Stage Pass.

TEKKEN 8’s second season is stacked with returning fighters, licensed collaborations, fresh cosmetics, and ongoing gameplay refinements. The first major patch arrives May 13 — get ready to dive into new fights, fashion, and nostalgia-packed collabs.
