The international esports event Esports World Cup 2025, which features tournaments in many disciplines, is coming to an end. There are still three events ahead for viewers, but even without them, the organization that scored the most points in the Club Championship and became the winner in this category has already been determined.

How the Club Championship system works

As a reminder, the Esports World Cup has a system of participation for various organizations, similar to the Olympic Games, for example. Each organization has several teams in different disciplines, such as Valorant, CS2, Dota 2, and others. The better their place in the tournament in their discipline, the more points they will bring to their organization in the overall standings. This can be compared to the medals that each participant brings to their country at the Olympic Games.

For first place, the team will bring its organization 1,000 points for the overall standings, and you can see the full distribution above.

Team Falcons - Two-time Esports World Cup champion

As mentioned above, despite the fact that there are still 3 events left in the current Esports World Cup 2025 with CrossFire, Street Fighter 6, and Counter-Strike 2, the organization that has scored the most points in the Club Championship is already known. It is Team Falcons from Saudi Arabia, which currently has 4,900 points.

The organization earned most of these points in the following tournaments:

• OWCS Midseason Championship 2025 – 1st place and 1,000 Club Championship points

• Chess at Esports World Cup 2025 – 2nd place and 750 points in the Club Championship

• Dota 2 at Esports World Cup 2025 – 2nd place and 750 points in the Club Championship

The rest of the points were earned for lower places in tournaments in Apeks Legends, Rocket League, and the current CS2, which is still ongoing and where Team Falcons has already entered the top 8.

Thanks to these results, Team Falcons earned $7,000,000 for first place in the Club Championship standings, in addition to the prize money for each team.

It should be noted that this is not the first EWC championship for the Saudi organization. At last year's Esports World Cup 2024, the organization also became the champion, thanks to scoring 5,665 points, and also received $7,000,000 and an invitation to this year's Club Program.
