The Force is strong with this one. Scopely has officially announced a massive Star Wars collaboration event for Monopoly GO, and fans can expect to roll the dice through a galaxy far, far away starting May 1 through June 2.

Following the huge success of last year’s Marvel event, which drove a noticeable revenue spike for the mobile hit, Scopely is doubling down with one of its most ambitious crossovers to date. And from what’s been revealed so far, this isn't just a quick reskin, it’s a full-blown overhaul packed with collectibles, challenges, and classic Star Wars magic.

A New Season Awakens

The Star Wars collaboration will bring a fresh season themed entirely around the legendary Lucasfilm franchise. Players will get their hands on collectible stickers featuring iconic characters like Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Yoda, Han Solo, Grogu, Chewbacca, and even Mr. M. Locations like Tatooine and the Mos Espa Grand Arena will appear as playable destinations, fully decked out in classic Star Wars aesthetics.

Scopely teased a wide range of activities, from puzzles and mini-games to storied battles between Jedi and Sith. There’s even a light narrative twist, with the whole event framed as a dream sequence from PEG-E, Monopoly GO’s quirky robo-mascot, imagining herself and her friends on an interstellar adventure.

Monopoly GO Levels Up Its Collab Game

This isn't just a surface-level team-up. According to the trailer, first revealed during Star Wars Celebration Japan, the event will include heavily reworked gameplay, designed to immerse players in the Star Wars universe. Expect meaningful changes to how you play, not just what you see.

The event is now live and bigger than expected. The STAR WARS GO! Album features 22 exclusive sticker sets, each retelling classic moments from the saga. Players can collect stickers featuring R2-D2, C-3PO, Grogu, Kylo Ren, and many more, with each set tied to a unique Monopoly GO and Star Wars story.

To celebrate Star Wars Day on May 4th, all players who log in will receive a free exclusive token. On top of that, four Star Wars-themed community challenges will be running on Facebook, Discord, X, and YouTube. These puzzles will test fans’ knowledge and offer exciting in-game rewards.
