Grow A Garden has reached yet another record-breaking milestone on the massive Roblox platform, breaking 8.8 million concurrent players. To put the numbers into perspective, the highest peak on Steam was PUBG’s 3.3 million active players, making Grow A Garden's record nearly three times larger than the popular shooter game!

The near 9 million peak is achieved during the Farm Cosmetics event and the Monster Mash dance event, hosted by Grow A Garden creators, The Garden Game. 

Two hours before the event launched, millions had already logged on in advance. During the wait time, the game admin showered players with in-game rewards, hosting the Disco weather and the Lazer event, keeping fans entertained.

As the Monster Mash dance began, the admin informed players that Grow A Garden has reached 8.8 million players - breaking their previous record of 5 million set just a week ago, during the launch of the Blood Moon event! 

Nearing 9 million players, Grow A Garden has broken five records:

• The first Roblox game to reach 6 million players
• The first Roblox game to reach 7 million players
• The first Roblox game to reach 8 million players
• The game with the highest concurrent players of all time
• The most people doing the Monster Mash dance at once

The Grow A Garden Farm Cosmetics event launched a new element to the game, where players can now purchase decorative garden items from a cosmetics shop using the in-game currency, Sheckles. The exciting aspect attracted a wave of players, and the creators seem keen to break records even more.

With back-to-back records set by the simple gardening game, Grow A Garden is on track to reach the next milestone. But their next event has yet to be announced - and we have a feeling it’ll be a big one!
