The long-awaited sequel to the world-famous Korean horror franchise Silent Hill has finally received an official release date. Tonight, Sony held its regular State of Play announcement broadcast, where it revealed all the details of the upcoming horror project and showed the latest trailer for the upcoming game.

What is known about Silent Hill f

As previously known, the events of the new game in the famous Silent Hill f franchise will take place in the 1960s, in the fictional Japanese city of Ebisuoka. The main character will be high school student Hinako Shimizu, who will have to survive in a city filled with fog and monsters.

In the new trailer for the game, you can see how the seemingly ordinary streets of Ebisuoka are filled with fog and transformed into terrifying locations filled with frightening creatures.

Silent Hill f release date

In addition to the trailer and new details, the company also revealed the official release date of the game. As it became known, Silent Hill f will be released on September 25, 2025, and pre-purchase on the PlayStation Store is available starting today.

In addition, the developers have also published a table showing the rewards players will receive for pre-ordering a particular version of the game.

For purchasing the Deluxe version of the game, players will receive the soundtrack, artbook, and pink rabbit costume. If you pre-order the Deluxe version, you will also receive in-game items and access to the game 48 hours earlier than regular players.
