Starting December 31, 2024, at 7:00 PM EST, Fortnite Crew subscribers will be able to unlock Durrr Taisho as part of the January Crew Pack 2025. Known for his unique blend of sushi chef style and the recognizable Durrr Burger branding, Durrr Taisho has become a fan favorite this season. In the game, players can interact with him to purchase the Rift to Go activation service or buy the Surgefire SMG and medkits.
Besides this skin, players will also receive a number of other cosmetic items, including the following:

- The Greenest Onion Pickaxe
- 1,000 V-Bucks
- Battle Pass
- OG Pass
- Music Pass

Changes in the Crew Pack
At the beginning of December, Epic Games updated the subscription model, causing mixed reactions among fans—from excitement to controversy.
Previously, subscribers could take advantage of a convenient "loophole" by purchasing the Crew Pack closer to the end of the Battle Pass season. This allowed them to get compensation for the Battle Pass and secure the next one for free. This method, though not prohibited, helped players save money. However, under the new rules:
- Subscribers who have already purchased the Battle Pass will only receive compensation if the purchase was made within the last 14 days.
- Players who gained access to the Battle Pass through the Crew Pack will lose access to rewards after canceling the subscription.
While these changes make the "two passes for the price of one" loophole impossible, Epic Games has offered new benefits for regular subscribers, including access to multiple Battle Passes and exclusive monthly skins, such as Durrr Taisho.
