In season three of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the community has much to expect, with the inclusion of a new "Zombies" map and the return of the popular "Verdansk" map in Warzone.

New "Zombies" Map: "The Mansion

There had been whispers in the past regarding the potential inclusion of the "The Mansion" map in Black Ops 6 season three. New information has surfaced more recently about the map, with the inside of the train station off-limits to players, the area in the stadium accessible but with roofs removed, and the train returning to the map.

The "Verdansk" map has returned to Warzone

The third season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone also introduces the classic "Verdansk" map, which has been revived in this iteration based on the original map that was released in March 2020. The new version has an open stadium without a roof, the returning train, and other changes that aim to expand the game.

Weapon and Mechanics Updates

Aside from new maps, new weapons and gameplay mechanic changes are expected in the third season. The "Verdansk" trailer revealed assault rifles such as the Amax, Kilogram 141, CR-56, and the HDR sniper rifle. These weapons will be found on the new "Mansion" map, as well as other maps.

Overall, the third season has the potential to be action-packed and exciting with new weapons, new maps. 

The official release date has been scheduled for April 3, 2025.
