Mafia: The Old Country is a prequel set in early 1900s Sicily. The main character, Enzo Favara, is striving to rise through the ranks of the criminal underworld by joining the family of Don Torrisi. The developers emphasize that the game offers a linear narrative with a strong focus on deep storytelling and the rich atmosphere of the era.
