What is Tour Dread Wastes?

Tour Dread Wastes is one of the achievements in World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria Remix that can be obtained by killing rare enemies and opening some zones in the Dread Wastes location.

How to get the Tour Dread Wastes achievement

To get the WoW MoP Remix Dread Wastes achievement, you must complete two other achievements called Explore Dread Wastes and Elusive Foes: Dread Wastes. They involve exploring some locations and defeating some elite mobs.

WoW MoP Remix has several other similar achievements tied to other locations in Pandaria:

• Tour the Jade Forest
• Tour the Valley of the Four Winds
• Tour of Kun-Lai Summit
• Tour Townlong Steppes
• Tour Krasarang Wilds
• Tour Dread Wastes

You will receive the Minor Bronze Cache reward for completing this achievement. If you complete one of the following achievements in addition: The Klaxxi or Campaign: Dread Wastes, you will be rewarded with the Sha Corruption item, which deals 10% of the target's maximum health in the form of shadow damage.

Explore Dread Wastes Achievement WoW

This achievement is quite simple. All you need for convenience is a flying mount to make traveling around the area easier, making Dread Wastes exploration. Once you're on the mount, you'll need to explore the Dread Wastes location, discovering new areas of the land on the map. Most likely, some of these areas may already be explored by you if you have completed some quests there or just walked around in search of treasures. To complete this achievement, you will need to explore the following areas:

• Heart of Fear
• Kypari Vor
• Rikkitun Village
• Terrace of Gurthan
• The Clutches of Shek'zeer
• Writhingwood
• Klaxxi'vess
• Kypari Zar
• Soggy's Gamble
• The Briny Muck
• The Sunset Brewgarden
• Zan'vess

Elusive Foes achievements: Dread Wastes

To complete this achievement, you will only need to find and defeat three of the eight required rare mobs Dread Wastes MoP in the Dread Wastes location. Each of them can be easily defeated by yourself, so you don't need to find a group or recruit your friends. 

List of mobs required to complete the quest:

• Ik-Ik the Nimble — located in the south of the Dread Wastes inside a cave south of Kypari'ik.
• Gar'lok — located to the west of the Dread Wastes location, has several spawn points near the entrance to the Heart of Fear raid.
• Krol the Blade — located in the northeast of Dread Wastes, has several spawn points near the Terrace of Gurthan.
• Omnis Grinlok — located in the east of Dread Wastes; patrols around the salt marsh.
• Nalash Verdantis — is located in the northwest of Dread Wastes in the centre of the Lake of Stars.
• Karr the Darkener — is located in the east of Dread Wastes, in the southern part of Terrace of Gurthan.
• Al-Li Skymirror — located in the northwest of Dread Wastes, north of the entrance to Heart of Fear.
• Dak The Breaker — appears on the Venomous Ledge, located in the far west of the Dread Wastes area.
