With the launch of Tombs of the Erased, Last Epoch’s highly anticipated Season 2 has officially begun. Alongside new endgame systems, a fresh Faction, and a host of quality-of-life upgrades, players now have access to a limited-time Twitch Drops event that offers free, exclusive cosmetics. If you're looking to give your Mage, Rogue, Sentinel, or Acolyte a new look, this is your chance.
Twitch Drops are cosmetic rewards given to players who watch participating Last Epoch streams on Twitch. These limited-time items include Skill Cosmetics and a unique player title, and they can only be earned by watching streams during the event window.
This system offers an easy way to unlock rare items just by engaging with the Last Epoch community on Twitch, no gameplay required.
The Twitch Drops campaign runs for a limited time:
After the event ends, the rewards will no longer be available, so it’s important to tune in before the deadline.
Players can earn a total of five unique cosmetics during the campaign. Each item is unlocked after reaching a specific amount of watch time on Twitch:
Watch Time | Reward | Class |
1 hour | Holy Lightning Blast Skill Cosmetic | Mage |
2 hours | Crimson Smite Skill Cosmetic | Sentinel |
3 hours | Holy Shuriken Skill Cosmetic | Rogue |
5 hours | Woven Watcher Player Title | All |
6 hours | Blue Rip Blood Skill Cosmetic | Acolyte |
To participate in the Twitch Drops event and receive the rewards, follow the steps below:
First, head to Last Epoch’s Twitch Drops page and link your Twitch and Steam accounts. This is required in order for your earned rewards to transfer into the game.
Open Twitch and search for Last Epoch streams that have the DropsEnabled tag. Only these streams will count toward your watch time. You can find the tag under each stream’s title or while browsing the category.
Make sure to watch the stream for the required amount of time to unlock each reward. Time is cumulative, so you don’t need to earn all rewards in one session.
After hitting each milestone, you’ll need to manually claim the reward via the Twitch inventory page before progressing to the next item.
Once claimed, log in to Last Epoch, open your inventory, and go to the Appearance tab. There you’ll find your earned Skill Cosmetics under the applicable abilities. The Woven Watcher title can also be equipped from this tab.
These Twitch Drops provide exclusive visual enhancements that are not available through gameplay or the in-game shop. They allow players to stand out with skill-specific cosmetics and a rare player title that signals involvement in the game’s live events.
Whether you’re new to Last Epoch or returning for Season 2, participating in the Twitch Drops event is a simple way to collect unique cosmetics and support the growing streaming community around the game.
Season 2 of Last Epoch is already shaping up to be a significant step forward for the ARPG. With new content to explore and stylish cosmetics up for grabs through Twitch Drops, now is the perfect time to dive back in.
