During the mission The Stolen Cat Mummy, you will encounter an interesting and challenging puzzle in the Fountain of Confession. This guide will help you solve all stages of the puzzle and successfully complete this part of the adventure.

How to Find the Fountain

First, head to the indicated location on the map where the fountain is located. Upon arrival, survey the area. To the left of the fountain, you will find a chest containing a room key. This key will allow you to ascend to the upper floor.

First Stage

Finding and Installing the Paw

Once you go upstairs, you will see two statues. The nearest statue to you is missing one paw. To find it:

Descend using the lasso to the  scaffolding located next to this statue.

Return to the statue and insert the paw in place, aligning it. After this, a lever will be revealed that allows you to rotate the statue. Turn it so that it faces the other statue.

The Second Statue

The second statue already has a paw. Repeat the same actions: align the paw and turn the statue using the lever so that it faces the first statue.

When both statues are facing each other, the statue on the fountain will automatically turn its back to you.

Opening the Secret Passage in the Fountain

Descend and find the ring near the fountain statue. Pull it with the lasso. This will open a hidden wall and reveal a lever. Turn the lever from right to left to the limit to initiate the next stage of the puzzle.

Second Stage

Filling the Basin

• Move the statue with the basin and the boy to the end of the path.
• Approach the statue with the bucket. Pull the ring on top of this statue to fill the bucket with water.
• Move the statue with water to the left to the basin with the boy to fill it with water.

This completes the first part of the second stage.

Circle Puzzle

Return to the lever and turn it in the opposite direction. You will see a large circle with a puzzle and two rings — left and right. The goal is to move the little man from the left pocket to the right.

• Rotate the large and small circles to clear the path, dropping wooden blocks into the lower pocket.
• Turn the large circle so that it forms a direct path to the center of the small circle.
• Pull the right ring to move the little man forward.
• Rotate the large circle again, opening the way to the right pocket.
• Complete the puzzle by moving the little man into the right pocket.

Final Stage

After completing the puzzle, the fountain building will turn to face you with its entrance. Move the boy statue forward towards the gates. The gates will open, allowing you to proceed further.
