The jetpack, like many other items, resources, and weapons, can be found in various chests, especially rare ones — blue or golden. Also, although very rarely, it can be found lying on the ground like some other loot. However, you shouldn't rely on such a find. You'll need to open quite a few chests and hope for good luck to find the coveted Mandalorian jetpack in Fortnite.

Many players also try to engage in fights with enemies who have already found the jetpack, so they can take it if they win. This can be risky if the jetpack owner plays skillfully, as there's a higher chance you'll be defeated rather than the other way around. But if you succeed, you'll get the desired item.

Second Method

The second method of finding it is more reliable and precise, but it also requires some time. For this, visit the NPC named Supply Mandalorian, located northeast of Magic Mosses, near the bridge.

Once the player completes the necessary Alignment quests, the Mandalorian will offer you to buy the jetpack for 250 gold bars. This is an epic version with 100 durability points. To purchase it, you need to have a sufficient level of Alignment in the community, but after that, it becomes the most reliable way to get the jetpack.

How to use Mandalorian Jetpack in Fortnite

Using the jetpack is very simple. Pick up the backpack and jump (press X / A / spacebar) to activate it. You'll start to slowly ascend and can hover in the air for up to 12 seconds if fully charged.

Movement in the air is done with standard control buttons (WASD / left analog stick) — you can shift, adjust altitude, and dodge. To cancel the flight, press left Ctrl or R3.

The jetpack doesn't allow for continuous flight. After a few seconds of flying, it needs recharging. Recharging takes about eight seconds, so manage your time in the air, especially during battles, to avoid getting caught off guard and exposed to opponents. Keep an eye on the durability scale on the right side of the screen to avoid losing the jetpack at the worst moment. When durability runs out, the jetpack disappears from your inventory.
